By accessing and using Learn with Friends' services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Learn with Friends provides online Chinese language learning services, including live group classes, learning materials, and progress tracking tools. Our classes are aligned with the HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) Chinese proficiency framework.
3. User Accounts
To access our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Class Bookings & Payments
All class bookings are subject to availability. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
5. Cancellation Policy
Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided through our platform are the intellectual property of Learn with Friends. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Code of Conduct
Users agree to:
- Treat teachers and fellow students with respect
- Attend classes punctually
- Not share account access with others
- Not record classes without permission
- Not engage in harassment or disruptive behavior
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learn with Friends shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
